Future Direction

ACH Group has spent the last year working hard to speak with customers, future customers, staff and stakeholders, to understand the direction for ACH Group’s next Strategic Plan.

The future is bright.
Everyone’s notion of happiness and fulfilment is different. By understanding individual hopes and dreams, worries and concerns, emotional and physical needs, we can start to co-design a bright future. Our services will be configured so customers get the right service, at the right time, in the right place, for the right price, by the right person.

Our ambition is to know our customers well…
We see the future as one of intent listening and empowerment, one that is not mired in red tape or “this is what everyone has”. It will be a future of partnership. One that encourages self determination and involves older people to an unprecedented extent.

Our ambition is our services shine with possibilities…
We see a future unrestricted by traditional service deliveries and stereotyping of older people. Specifically in the next 5 years we see a future that is alive with flexible options that are customer-centric and, ultimately, support older people to lead the lives they want to lead.

Our ambition is our organisation can adapt…
We see a future that is built on a solid foundation and delivers positive outcomes for all of our customers. Yet, it is a future in which the ability to change and adapt is key.

Our ambition is we have powerful collaborations…
We see a future that has us working strategically and collaboratively to deliver new opportunities for older people. We have already demonstrated that smart partnerships, such as ViTA with SA Health and Flinders University, enable us to markedly improve health and lifestyle outcomes for our customers.

Our ambition is we grow to realise our ambitions…
We see a future that elevates the health and quality of life for older people in a meaningful and lasting way.

This means finding innovative ways to offer our services, creating or offering new options for healthcare and housing—and ensuring growth in the areas that matter the most.

Our ambition is our brand is known, trusted and valued…
We see a future in which we are seen as advocates for older people; one in which we have earned our position as a leader in our industry; one in which older people are empowered to live the lives they want to lead.
